Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime unveiled
Follow-up to Ghostbusters: The Videogame.
Atari and Sony plan to release a follow-up to last year's million-selling Ghostbusters: The Videogame in the spring of next year, according to a new report.
Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime is a PC, PlayStation Network and Xbox Live downloadable game in which players assume the role of the rookie from Terminal Reality's effort, the USA Today reports.
It's in development at Chilean studio Wanako, whose last game was arcade top-down shooter Assault Heroes 2 for Xbox Live Arcade.
Sanctum of Slime is a four-player adventure game playable locally or online. Gigantic bosses are promised, and, of course, proton packs. First screens are below.
None of the actors who appeared in the films feature, so you won't hear the voice talents of the likes of Bill Murray and Dan Ackroyd, but you will be able to drive the Ecto-3. Nee nar!
