MGS HD Collection gets limited edition

Konami has announced a limited edition of its forthcoming Metal Gear Solid HD Collection.

Available for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, the set will include a 248-page art book and exclusive packaging created by series artist Yoji Shinkawa.

No word on whether a European release is locked in, or how much it will cost, but we're chasing Konami for details now.

It's not the only special edition of the game set for release. Back in August, Zavvi snapped up exclusive rights to the Metal Gear Solid Ultimate HD Collection for PlayStation 3, which adds in MGS1, MGS4, some art cards and a steelbook sleeve.
