Ratchet & Clank: QForce will have tower defense elements
First screens revealed.
Ratchet & Clank: QForce - or Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal as it's known in the US - will introduce a new tower defense element to the series where you'll build and defend bases against throngs of foes, developer Insomniac has announced on the PlayStation Blog.
Additional details include the ability to play as Ratchet, Clank or Captain Qwark. There will be a new nemesis and the game will be set on five stages across three planets.
The game will be available in both local split-screen and online co-op, with a new online mode available that has yet to be announced.
The latest in the sci-fi comedy series will mark a return to the classic pulled back third-person camera of the PS2 Ratchet & Clank games, which were all rereleased last month as part of the Ratchet & Clank HD Trilogy. Our Dan Whitehead was quite fond of it, awarding the collection a 9/10 in his official Eurogamer review.
Ratchet & Clank: QForce is coming out this Autumn exclusively on PS3. Check out its first screen below.
