Lost Planet 3 delayed two months to end of August for "business reasons"
Ice cold.
Lost Planet 3 has been delayed two months to the end of August.
It launches in Europe on 30th August and in North America on 27th August. It had been due out at the end of June.
A Capcom representative told Eurogamer the delay was due to "business reasons".
Lost Planet 3, made by Spark Unlimited, is due out on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Today Capcom ran through its 2013 slate. Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen launches in Europe on 26th April. Resident Evil Revelations launches on PC, PlayStation 3, Wii U and Xbox 360 in Europe on 24th May. Remember Me launches in Europe on 7th June for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
On the download side, Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara releases at some point in June on PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, the Wii U Nintendo eShop and PC. And DuckTales Remastered has a vague summer release window for Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and the Wii U Nintendo eShop.
And then there's Lost Planet 3, now at the end of August. No doubt Capcom has a few next-generation launch titles up its sleeve, too, that could launch later in 2013.
