Scribblenauts DC superheroes game in development - report
Inkcredible.
The next Scribblenauts adventure will include DC Comics superheroes and villains such as Batman and Aquaman, a report suggests.
The Scribblenauts Unlimited follow-up will apparently be titled Scribblenauts Unmasked, although this name may change before its planned unveiling at E3 in June.
3DS, PC and Wii U versions are in the works, IGN was told.
An early version of one level sees Scribblenauts star Max and Batman sidekick Robin pitted against villain Killer Croc. The duo must use Scribblenauts' item-conjuring mechanic to cook up a dynamite sandwich for Croc to guzzle.
Another area requires Max to build an X-ray scanner to identify shape-shifter Clayface.
Aquaman, Black Manta, Harley Quinn, Mr. Freeze and Batgirl are also said to be in the game. Locations include Wayne Manor, The Batcave and Atlantis.
It wouldn't be the first time that Scribblenauts developer 5th Cell has included licensed characters in the series - the Wii U version of Scribblenauts Unlimited included a range of Nintendo characters.
