New Xbox Achievements app due later this summer

Xbox One will get a new Achievements-tracking app "later this summer", Microsoft has announced.
Speaking during the company's pre-E3 conference event, Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb showed off the new-look app which can now be Snapped for the first time.
Achievements can now be tracked easily, difficult awards highlighted, and an option to "gain help". See images and video of the app below:
