Battlefield Hardline's first patch will nerf the game's drivable couch.
Visceral Games' Easter egg is apparently proving too popular - and too effective as an actual vehicle - rather than the throwaway joke it was originally intended to be.
Hardline's new patch notes show that Visceral will nerf the sofa's stats, knocking down its health and repair rate.
"Couch health reduced and repair rate decreased to a miniscule amount, making the Couch the one-off it was intended," the developer wrote.

There's no exact date yet for the changes, but Visceral has said that they should take effect in the "near future". Sit back and relax while you still can.
