Ubisoft has revealed that mysterious survival game I Am Alive will be released by the end of March.

That brings the launch forward from spring (Q2), which strikes us as bizarre, as we've heard next to nothing about the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 game so far. But Ubisoft was adamant Q1 2009 was the date when contacted this morning.

I Am Alive is being made by Cold Fear developer Darkworks, and takes place after a terrible earthquake in Chicago, where those left alive struggle to survive. Oh, and Jade Raymond is definitely not working on the game.

Still, we're intrigued; enough so that we pipped I Am Alive as our star attraction of the adventure genre for 2009.

The latest Ubisoft schedule also added March dates for Tom Clancy's HAWX and the PC version of Tom Clancy's EndWar. Call of Juarez prequel Bound in Blood will be here in Q2.

Elsewhere, Wii exclusive Tenchu: Shadow Assassins (Tenchu 4) will arrive on 6th March, which is the same month Broken Sword Wii will show up.

Still no sign of confirmed projects Splinter Cell: Conviction, Beyond Good & Evil 2 and Assassin's Creed 2 on the schedule.
