To break rocks in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, you simply need to throw a Pokémon towards the pile of rocks in exactly the same way if you wanted to destroy some Tumblestone crystals or start a Pokémon battle.
Now all you have to do is sit back and watch your Pokémon do all the work!
One pile of breakable rocks you should definitely destroy are in Obsidian Fieldlands at the end - or beginning depending on how you find them - of Oreburrow Tunnel.
There's another pile of cracked rocks in the Crimson Mirelands on the northern edge of the Scarlet Bog; destroying these will create a useful shortcut between this location and the Golden Lowlands.
