Sydney 2000 announced

Eidos fired a press release our way announcing that they are working on an official Sydney 2000 Olympics game, which will appear on PC, Playstation, Dreamcast, N64, Colour GameBoy, and Atari ST. Well, maybe not the last one.

The game will feature all the main Olympic events, including springs, hurdles, javelin, skeet shooting, diving, weigh lifting, high jump, triple jump, any many more. Real Olympic athletes have been motion captured for the game, and the blueprints for the venues have been used to reconstruct them in a computer near you.
