PS2 Launch titles confirmed
With only three days left to go until the UK gets its hands on the PlayStation 2, we finally know which games will be available

Despite claims previously that there would be around 30 titles available at launch, the number has now been wittled down to a more realistic 16. So without further ado, here is the definitive list of games that you will be able to buy in stores as of Friday.

- Dynasty Warriors 2 (Midas)
- Fantavision (Sony)
- FIFA 2001 (EA)
- Gradius III & IV (Konami)
- ISS (Konami)
- NHL 2001 (EA)
- Orphen: Scion Of Sorcery
- Ready 2 Rumble Round 2 (Midway)
- Ridge Racer V (Sony)
- Silent Scope (Konami)
- Smuggler's Run (Take 2)
- SSX (EA)
- Tekken Tag Tournament (Sony)
- TimeSplitters (Eidos)
- Wild Wild Racing (Rage)
Most popular will likely be Ridge Racer V, FIFA 2001 and Tekken Tag Tournament. Favourites amongst the staff at the moment are Smuggler's Run, SSX and Ready 2 Rumble Round 2.
