Riddle clue: To celebrate their win, champions escort their lovers from the stadium east of Thebes to a bridge overlooking a lake shaped like a heart. You can find me beside a helmet that was left behind.
Stadium Love riddle solution
To solve this riddle, head to the heart-shaped lake due east of Thebes. You'll find a helmet on the bridge next to it, and your reward: boosted Crit Chance while Full Health.

Riddle clue: How much wood does it take to get to the other side? Head east to the coast of the Cursed Land of Oedipus. Where a bridge is being built to Euboea. I will be waiting at the last plank.
Bridging the Gap riddle solution
This is nice and easy. Just head to the eastern coast of the Cursed Lands of Oedipus and look for the piece of land that pushes the furthest out towards Euboea. The point you need is on the final plank, where you'll find your reward: increased Seconds Burning Duration.
