Valley of King Lelex tablet location and Record Sunshine riddle solution
This Megaris ostraka can be found in the Valley of King Lelex, specifically in the main capital of the island. It's located in the Leader's House. Remember, regardless of which faction is in control, this house is always populated by enemies. Climb the southmost tower and you'll find the stone tablet on the floor.

Clue riddle: An unusual request came to eliminate some records. I didn't want any trouble so I took a small journey west to Mount Geraneia. Take a dive in the center of the bay and find them on the shelf in the sunken ruin.
Record Sunshine riddle solution
As the clue suggests, head to the Mount Geraneia region and bypass Fort Geraneia. Look foe the small bay at the very tip of the region. The Shoreline Bandit Camp is located here as well. Kill the two bandits, then dive into the lagoon and look for a sunken bookshelf. Interact with it to claim your reward: boosted Damage with Spears and Staffs.
