Hisuian Growlithe locations in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Hisuian Growlithe can only be found in the Cobalt Coastlands in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
Within the Cobalt Coastlands, you'll be able to find Hisuian Growltihe's in the Windbreak Stand and Veilstone Cape locations. You will need the Sneasler Mount Pokémon to reach the higher level Hisuian Growlithes.

To evolve Hisuian Growlithe into Hisuian Arcanine in Pokémon Legends: Arceus you follow the tradition started all the way back in Gen 1 - use a Fire Stone!
Any Hisuian Growlithe you catch can be evolved into a Hisuian Arcanine at any time if you happen to have a Fire Stone. So how do you get one?

How to get a Fire Stone in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
There are a number of ways to find a Fire Stone in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, with the first being to purchase one from the Trading Post for 1,000 Merit Points.
You can also find Fire Stones by breaking the Red Tumblestone Crystals which are scattered all across the Hisui region. Since Tumblestones are essential to multiple Poké Ball recipes, we recommend using this method over spending your precious Merit Points. You're going to be breaking an awful lot of these crystals after all!
Finally, you might find one on the ground in a Space-time Distortion.
