To the far east of the Kraneion Plains, there will be an area called Sea Captain Dock. Look for the ostraka atop some long planks of wood. This area is heavily guarded so sneak in and out as quickly as you can.
Riddle clue: If the seas are not to your favour, seek out a trident. The biggest one in Korinth, being held by the Statue of Poseidon. You will find me there on one of its prongs.
Turning Tides riddle solution
Return to Korinth and look for a large bronze statue of Poseidon. It's located at the northwestern tip, overlooking the bay. Climb onto the tips of his trident to claim your reward: boosted Elemental Resistance.

This stone tablet is located in the top tower/balcony of the Leader's House. This is located in the middle of the Argos region. Grab it to unlock the riddle.

Riddle Clue: How much does a temple cost? Head southeast to the Sanctuary of Asklepios. In the temple, you'll find me along the donated limbs.
An Arm and a Leg riddle solution
Head to the Sanctuary of Asklepios (which is in the centre of the Valley of Dreams) and enter the temple. Interact with the urn in front of the statue to collect your reward: boosted Crit Damage while Low Health.
