In the Temple of Apollo Korythos, which is located in the northwest corner of Aipeia (in the Valley of Airstomenes region) you'll find the stone tablet inside, on the left-hand side of the ruined structure.

Riddle clue: They keep piling up in the city, so the dead are taken east toward the bridge that splits into three directions. Then north, to where a winding road leads to a small camp. They are to be dumped in a pit along with the other waste. You can find me down there, like cold feet poking out from under a blanket.

The bridge in question is next to the Makaria Checkpoint outside of Aipeia. The pit filled with the dead is north, up in the hills, outside Keadas Cave. Drop into the pit to claim your reward: boosted Adrenaline per Hit.

You'll find this stone tablet inside the Terror Gorge cave, which is located to the east of the Mines of the Great Trench. Kill the four cultists inside, then collect the ostraka, which can be found in front of one of the captive cages.

Riddle clue: Chicken craving? I hear they keep a hidden coop at the temple north of Messene, overlooking the mine. You will find me there in a bag of feed.
Tastes like Chicken riddle solution
Go to the Temple of Zeus, which is situated north of Messene (it's also a Synchronization Point). To the right of the temple is a small outhouse with some chickens inside. Interact with the feed on the floor and claim your reward: boosted Crit Chance while Low Health.
