Baldur's Gate 3 hits early access in August 2020 - assuming all goes to plan.
Larian Studios boss Swen Vincke made the announcement today during the Guerrilla Collective showcase, saying development had been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. Coronavirus has set back performance capture, Vincke said, but as companies return to work, the Belgium developer sees August as a realistic release window.
Vincke runs through the various improvements that have been made to the hotly-anticipated fantasy role-playing game in the video, below.
The next gameplay reveal for Baldur's Gate 3 is set for 18th June.
