Battlefield Premium exclusive to PS3 for a week
15 million copies sold.
Previously-leaked subscription service Battlefield Premium will be exclusive to PlayStation 3 until next week, EA has announced.
The service is available now on PlayStation Network, and arrives 12th June on PC and Xbox 360.
EA also trumpeted a new total sales figure for Battlefield 3 - 15 million units - making it one of the fastest-selling EA titles ever.
Premium will cost £39.99 or 4000 Microsoft Points (about £34).
The service grants players two weeks early access to DLC packs: infantry-centric expansion Close Quarters, out today on PS3 for Premium members; vehicle warfare add-on Armored Kill, due in September; post-earthquake set DLC Aftermath, due in December and End Game, coming March 2013.
Those who don't have the already-released Back To Karkand get that too.
Close Quarters full release schedule is complicated: today for PS3 Premium members, 12th June for PC and Xbox 360 Premium members, 19th June for regular PS3 players and 26th June for regular PC and Xbox 360 folk.
