Bowling and Potpourrii for WiiWare
Strike and sniff.
Two more games line the WiiWare stomach today, each available for 800 Wii Points (GBP 6 / EUR 7.50).
First down the chute is Midnight Bowling, made by the folks behind Midnight Pool. Only this is bowling, not pool. At midnight. It supports up to four players and apparently has a "new physics engine".
Out the other end is Potpourrii, a friendly but boring colour-matching puzzler mixing familiar ideas from games like Zuma and Luxor. "For centuries, the seasons have followed a set pattern, but things have started to go awry in the forest," Nintendo announced. "Suddenly, it's snowing while the sun shines and flowers bloom while leaves are falling. Then a strange purple goo appears. The leprechauns are stunned. Even worse, the magic oak of life loses its power."
That's that. Our thoughts soon.
