The first video for Codemasters' Brian Lara International Cricket 2007 is now available on Eurogamer TV.

This next instalment in the series, available in March, has a whole arsenal of new features.

It's got all the usual photo realistic graphics, fully licensed players and grounds: including Adam Gilchrist, who will hopefully be bellowing "OH THAT'S NICE SHANE" every five seconds. The Shane-saw himself is also obviously included, and it wouldn't be much of a game if Mr. Lara wasn't there.

Practice Nets have been enhanced, Hawk-Eye ball-tracking is back, plus there's a brand new Glossary of Cricketing terms and flashy Coaching mode to wrap your bat around.

The Coaching mode will teach you all the tricks to get you up to armchair-pro level, whilst the Glossary will give you fancy insider knowledge to impress your friends with; reciting "Googlies", "Bouncers", "Chinamen", and "Wrong 'uns". Sounds a little like the recent Celebrity Big Brother outbursts.

PC and Xbox 360 versions will feature new online gameplay modes including leagues, tournaments, and exhibition modes. There's support for up to 16 of you to slug it out, with an option for 8 spectator spots if you simply want to get drunk and sing.

PS2 gamers amongst you will have to make do with a four-player multiplayer experience.

Pop over to the game's website for more information.
