Buy Warlords of Draenor and boost to level 90 now

As soon as you pre-purchase (buy in advance) upcoming World of Warcraft expansion pack Warlords of Draenor, you'll immediately be able to boost one your characters to level 90.
The original plan was to wait until the expansion came out.
"That's a little different from the plan we laid out at BlizzCon," explained Blizzard, "but based on the feedback, it's obvious that many of you would like the chance to get acquainted with a new class before heading into the expansion.
"This will also give more players the opportunity to experience the current end-game content and the events leading up to Garrosh's exodus to Draenor. Maybe you'll get your Legendary cloak from Wrathion and level 90-100 Heirloom weapon in the process."
Yeah, maybe.
Warlords of Draenor will raise the WOW character level cap to 100.
On the topic of insta-levelling to 90, Blizzard will, in "the near future", be testing "a feature that gives you the option to purchase a character upgrade [to 90] directly". You'll start seeing pieces of the process on the public test realm soon apparently.
Warlords of Draenor pre-purchases will be available digitally "soon". There will be a standard edition and Digital Deluxe edition, and if you buy the latter, you'll also get immediate access to the included pet and mount, "allowing you to bring a little bit of Draenor past into Azeroth present".
Closed beta testing for the new expansion is close at hand. If you want in, make sure you're opted in to Warcraft betas and have your hardware specs up to date in your Beta Profile.
Warlords of Draenor takes you back through time to the old continent of Draenor, where Orcs and Draenei originate from, in order to fix the future you come from. The expansion also includes housing of a kind, dubbed garrisons, as well as new character models.
No release date has been announced but presumably the expansion will arrive this autumn.
