Warzone best M13 loadout: Our M13 class setup recommendation and how to unlock the M13 explained
Here's how to get the most out of the M13 in Call of Duty: Warzone.
The M13 in Warzone is an excellent close to mid range weapon.
It ranks up there with some of the best sub-machine guns in terms of close quarters rapid fire, and it'll pinpoint and execute enemies at less than a hundred meters away.
While it's not exactly suited for long range combat, the M13 is perfect for when you're in a tight scenario, or in a hectic mode like Zombie Royale. Additionally, pairing the M13 with the Heartbeat Sensor lets you pinpoint enemy locations close by, letting you swoop in for a close range kill.
There's a lot of customization options to play around with for the M13 in Warzone. Certain barrel, underbarrel, and rear grip options will give a major boost to your aim down sight speed, making the M13 an excellent contender in close range combat.
We'll delve into all the best M13 loadout options so you can forge the best M13 class possible.

How to unlock M13 in Warzone
Unlike other weapons like the M4A1, the M13 isn't unlocked from the beginning of your time in Call of Duty: Warzone. Instead, you'll have to level your character up to rank 39 to unlock this assault rifle, but it's well worth dedicating the time to acquire it.
If you want to speed up the process of levelling up, we'd definitely recommend playing limited time modes in Call of Duty: Warzone. Plunder, for example, focuses on acquiring money instead of being the last one standing, and you can really rack up some excellent XP bonuses if you hone in on Supply Run Contracts to maximise your monetary gains.
Best M13 loadout and attachments in Warzone
Here are the best attachments that you'll want to equip to the M13 in Call of Duty: Warzone.
- Tactical Suppressor (Unlocks at level 2)
- Tempus Mini (Unlocks at level 15)
- Corp Combat Holo Sight (Unlocks at level 7)
- Merc Foregrip (Unlocks at level 9)
- Granulated Grip Tape (Unlocks at level 14)
As you'll find with most weapon recommendations for Call of Duty: Warzone, you'll want to attach the Tactical Suppressor to the muzzle of the M13. While this does negative affect aim down sight speed and aim walking steadiness, it's more than worth it for the stealth factor - you won't pop up on the mini map as a red dot for enemies to see when you're firing, and the enemy on the receiving end of the M13 won't know where they're getting shot from.
Elsewhere, you'll undoubtedly want the Tempus Mini, Merc Foregrip, and Granulated Grip Tape equipped to the M13. All three attachments give significant bonuses to aim down sight speed, aim stability, and recoil control, three big categories that can change the lethality of a weapon like the M13 in close quarters and mid range.
Finally, we'd recommend going with the Corp Combat Holo Sight for the optics category of the M13. The optics aren't exactly a game-changing factor for any weapon in Call of Duty: Warzone, and you can switch this optic out for any you feel better suited to, but the Corp Combat Holo Sight provides a great field of view while aiming down the sights.

Best M13 class set up in Warzone
Just below, you can see a list of the three best Perks, best Secondary weapon, and best Tactical and Lethal items to bring with you when using the M13 in Call of Duty: Warzone.
- Perk 1: Kill Chain (Unlocks at level 34)
- Perk 2: Ghost (Unlocks at level 24)
- Perk 3: Tracker (Unlocks at level 51)
- Secondary: Strela-P (Unlocks at level 17)
- Tactical: Heartbeat Sensor (Unlocks at level 30)
- Lethal: Claymore (Unlocks at level 1)
Due to the nature of the M13 being a close to mid-range weapon, you'll want to take the Heartbeat Sensor as your Tactical equipment. Additionally, you'll want to equip the Claymore to deal with encroaching enemy players, and the Ghost Perk to hide yourself from enemy UAV and Radar Drones.
As for your secondary weapon, we'd recommend taking the Strela-P, which has a high blast yield to deal with enemy armour and Killstreaks. Rounding out the selections are Kill Chain, which increases your chances of stumbling upon Killstreaks in Supply Boxes, and Tracker, which lets you follow enemies via their footprints.
