Capcom's forum-loving biz-dev man Christian Svensson has said that PSN versions of some of the company's PSone games are due on the US PlayStation Store soon.

Responding to a typically mild-mannered stream of forum invective about the presence of games like Resident Evils 1-3 on Japanese PSN, Svensson said: "The first PS1 titles for PSN were submitted [for US certification] last week... When I have some dates for them, we'll let you know what and when is going to happen."

Then he added: "Word I got back this morning is that this may take a bit more time than anticipated. We'll keep folks posted. And for now I'm still not discussing what title(s) they are. We'll discuss it when we're through the pipe a bit further."

Siliconera (thanks vg247) has done some speculating, however, listing Capcom games already rated by the US ratings board, including a host of Mega Mans, Resis, Street Fighters and some other possibles, including Breath of Fires III and IV and the Dino Crisis duo. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure might be fun too.
