COD: WAW map pack 2 tomorrow
Zombies, maps. It's all gravey.
Treyarch will release the second map pack for Call of Duty: World at War tomorrow for PS3 and Xbox 360.
We missed the announcement on the official site late last week, sorry!
The pack, which contains three maps and a zombie level, will cost 800 Microsoft Points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.60) on Xbox Live, or EUR 9.99 from the PlayStation Store.
The new maps are Banzai, where players fight to control a tall river bridge deep in enemy territory; Corrosion, a battered Russian train yard; and Sub Pens, a close-quarter map where control of a wrecked submarine base is pivotal.
Shi No Numa is the zombie level you can tackle with help from your friends. Here, Nazi zombies rise from the misty swamps; an area dotted with traps, flaming Hell Hounds, Perk machines and the Wunderwaffe DG-2, whatever that is. Is it a waffle maker?
We decided that the first Call of Duty: World at War map pack was worth 9/10. A repeat performance? We hope so.
