Diablo 3 runs at 1080p on PS4, 900p on Xbox One

Frame-rate is paramount for Blizzard and the new-gen console version of Diablo 3 - The Ultimate Evil Edition (launching 19th August). 60fps is paramount.
The resolution can be compromised.
That's why on Xbox One, Diablo 3 will run at 900p, rather than 1080p as it will on PS4, reported Joystiq. Blizzard senior producer Julia Humphreys spilled the beans at E3, it seems.
It's not clear what resolution the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game will run at. The original Diablo 3 game ran at 1120x584 on both consoles.
Earlier this week, Sony announced there would be an exclusive Last of Us-themed Nephalem Rift for Diablo 3: The Ultimate Evil Edition on PS3 and PS4, as well as a Shadow of the Colossus-style transmogrify effect.
