Doom Eternal - Hell On Earth collectable locations

Where to find all hidden collectables on Hell on Earth.

Hell on Earth is the first area of Doom Eternal, but that doesn't mean there's a shortage of collectables to find.

Hell on Earth's collectable offering includes Codex Entries, Toys, Cheat Codes and Weapon Mods - the latter of which is useful to get your started on your gory adventure.

If you're looking for other things to find in the game, our Doom Eternal secrets page can help.

On this page:

Doom Eternal Hell on Earth Codex Entries locations (6 total)

The first codex is unlocked following the main path during the mission, right after unlocking the Weapon Mod. This will grant you the 'Hell Barges' entry.

The second codex is located close to the exit that leads outside the building, and grants the 'Remaining Human Populations - Part I' entry.

In the subway station, you'll come across a tunnel with a path right in the middle that leads you to the right. But before doing so, make sure to press onwards and pick up the 'Formation of the Arc' codex entry.

Once you enter the massive citadel, you'll come across a massive gate with a codex right on the other side. Just follow the path on the right towards the mission marker, but before activating it, go backwards to said gate and pick up the 'Hell Priests' entry.

Close to the building that can only be accessed with the yellow keycard, turn around the corner and look for the bouncing platform in front of the "AOX" pink neon sign. Make your way to the balcony and go inside the crumbling building. Beware of the hole in the ground, and instead jump to the other side. You'll find the 'Remaining Human Populations - Part II' codex entry inside the room.

Once you enter the massive citadel, you'll come across a massive gate with a codex right on the other side, but this isn't the only one on the room. If you stick to the path on the right, you'll find the 'Deag Nilox' codex entry.

Doom Eternal Hell on Earth Extra Life locations (2 total)

Close to the building that can only be accessed with the yellow keycard, turn around the corner and look for the bouncing platform in front of the "AOX" pink neon sign. Make your way to the balcony and go inside the crumbling building. Beware of the hole in the ground, and instead jump to the other side. Pick up the codex entry and let yourself fall to the gap that follows, where you'll find an Extra Life.

Doom Eternal Hell on Earth cheat code locations

Right after the subway tunnel where you take a right path to continue on your rip and tearing endeavours, you'll find yourself upon a box in the middle of stretch hall, which leads to an air vent. Use the box to lift yourself, punch the broken vent, and make your way up. Follow the path until meeting the '?' sign, which will unlock the 'Infinite Extra Lives' cheat code.

Doom Eternal Hell on Earth toy locations (3 total)

In the starting area, once you find yourself in the basement surrounded by wooden barrels, make a slight detour before hitting that huge box-shaped platform to continue the mission. Instead, you're gonna want to head to a corner with a cracked wall, punch it, and follow the trail to pick up a couple of health bottles and the 'Zombie (Earth)' toy.

Before heading onto the first true arena in Doom Eternal, make a detour on the destroyed building. There's a dead body hanging from the wall separated by a hole in the ground. Make a jump across and turn right in the corner to find the 'Doom Slayer' toy.

It won't take long for you to come across a building that has some mannequins on display. If you turn around the left corner, you'll see a light blue neon sign that says "SCOTT". Hop on the destroyed bus and jump across inside the building crack on the left. Inside you'll notice a crack on the wall, punch it and get inside to claim the 'Imp' toy.

Doom Eternal Hell on Earth weapon mod locations (3 total)

This one is really straight forward, and you'll find it during the beginning of the area as you make your way through the level. As of now, you can only choose between two upgrades for your Combat Shotgun: Sticky Bombs and Full Automatic shooting.

Once you're outdoors you'll have the task to "Get aboard the citadel". As you're following the quest marker, you'll end up inside a building. There you'll find the second Weapon Mod, which will unlock whichever mod you didn't choose first.

Inside the subway station, more specifically when you're already looking at the collapsed trains after descending down the stairs, you'll find a new Weapon Mod waiting for the Doom Guy to grab it.
