Double Fine's psychedelic Dropchord drops a trailer
Born trippy.
Double Fine has revealed the first footage of Dropchord, its pyschadelic new rhythm game for PC, Mac and iOS.
Dropchord is controlled by Leap, an incredibly-accurate motion-sensing camera said to be 200 times more precise than Kinect.
The new footage shows how players will control two points on the circumference of a circle. What else the game involves is not currently that clear... The music is very catchy, though.
Dropchord is the latest gaming nugget from the Tim Schafer-fronted Double Fine. It's being worked on by the team who designed similarly trippy and neon-coloured games Kinect Party and Double Fine Happy Action Theater.
There's no word on a release date yet, though the game is playable at PAX East this month. Leap is due to launch in early May.
