Dying Light expansion The Following announced

UPDATE 13TH AUGUST: The first gameplay trailer for The Following expansion has been revealed. The US price of $14.99 has also been revealed, but European pricing is still to be confirmed - as is the release date.
ORIGINAL STORY 29TH JULY: Techland has announced a "massive" Dying Light expansion called The Following, which will bring among things, drivable all-terrain dirt buggies to the game (you can see someone driving in a screenshot below).
The expansion will feature a large new map that is the size of all previous Dying Light maps combined, apparently, and pack both new features and story.
Here's producer Tymon Smektala's press release quote: "For Dying Light: The Following we're adding a number of bold game-changers to create one massive expansion. Something big that will give the game a brand-new flavour. The new map alone is the same size as all the previous maps from Dying Light combined, so there is a lot we're packing in here. We also kept a close eye on player feedback to help tailor what we've created here. Hopefully people will see that this new expansion is first and foremost, for the fans."
Season Pass holders get The Following for free, everyone else buys it separately for an as yet unknown price. There's no release date given.
Specific details are withheld for behind-closed-doors appointments at Gamescom, with a full public reveal due "shortly" after.
The announcement comes after the tease of new additions to Dying Light that included the aforementioned buggies as well as a bow (weapon not formal greeting), a kind of stadium arena and a time trial mode.
