Dying Light to get bow and arrow weapon, time trial mode and dune buggies

Yesterday Techland released the hard mode update for zombie kill 'em up Dying Light, and it added a short video message to the game.
The message, captured by YouTuber Ethan Shapiro in the video below, thanks people for playing the game. But towards the end we get a glimpse of some future additions.
We see a bow and arrow weapon, for example, a stadium arena of some kind, what looks like a time trial mode and, finally, the addition of vehicles - specifically dune buggies.
With the addition of dune buggies, Technland must be adding bigger environments to the game, so expect new areas soon.
