Eurogamer has signed a deal with Gaikai that will enable you to stream and play games right here, on this very website.

Imagine being able to play a demo directly, straight after you've read about it on Eurogamer. That sort of thing will soon be possible.

"We've been beta testing in Europe for over six months and are extremely excited for Europe's No. 1 gaming site to be our first media affiliate," said Gaikai boss David Perry.

"We already have seven live data centres in Europe, making Gaikai the fastest cloud gaming network on that continent.

"This will offer Eurogamer's millions of readers a great experience."

The Gaikai partnership incoporates the whole Eurogamer family: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, The Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic and Sweden. Douze points pour touts.

Gaikai demos will be free to all readers. If you like what you try and want more, there will be the option to buy.

"We're delighted to be working with Gaikai in Europe," beamed Eurogamer managing director Rupert Loman.

"Being able to offer our community the option to instantly stream games via the browser is such a cool feature to have."
