Fictional Seinfeld Frogger score beaten
Real man raises laughably high bar.
The astronomically high Frogger score dreamt up for an April 1998 episode of US sitcom Seinfeld has been beaten in real-life by a man called Pat Layaffe. (Yes kids, it's the January news rush.)
The 'Costanza Score' of 860,630 - laughed at for being almost double anything recorded on a Frogger arcade machine - was topped on New Year's Day by a winning total of 896,980 (spotted by Examiner).
Layaffe raised the bar on an original Frogger arcade machine.
