Fortnite - Riot location: How to easily defeat Riot in Fortnite explained

Defeat Riot is one of the Epic Quests in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7.
This challenge is only available during Week 7 of this season, joining the epic quests involving the newly added Ferrari 296 GTB.
It's a rather straightforward task, as Riot is fortunately in one location alone. The problem is that he can be quite fearsome, especially if you're battling him right after jumping off from the bus.
Completing this Fortnite challenge will help you level up and unlock more Battle Stars for the Season 7 Battle Pass skins.
Note this particular challenge is no longer able to be completed. What's new? Chapter 4 Season 2 has arrived! New additions include the Grind Rails and Kinetic Blades, along with the new Battle Pass, character collection and Eren Jaeger skin. It's a good idea to know how to get XP fast in Fortnite.
How to defeat Riot fast in Fortnite
With the alien invasion taking place in Fortnite these last few weeks, many things have been shifting around. Riot, one of the NPCs part of the Character Collection, becomes hostile as soon as he spots you near his vicinity.
One of the epic quests in Week 7 asks you to defeat Riot, which an be a tough task. First of all, here's where to find him at a glance:
We recommend you to start the encounter as soon as possible - landing on this spot from the battle bus is the way to go, so no other player can get to him before you do.
The problem is that you'll be unprepared for the fight, and while his aim isn't the greatest, you'll most likely lose it without the right weaponry.
There are a couple ways to make this easier. You can find weapons and other helpful items in Riot's camp, but before exposing yourself, double check the payphone on the other side of the street for loot.
Another good method is to head south of the location, where you will find an IO Base. Alongside the possibility of finding IO weapons, you may be able to get your hands on some shield, which is a must. Lastly, if you happen to find a car, make sure to drive it all the way to Riot's camp.
Once in the car, you're gonna want to drive at full speed and hit Riot with it. Make sure to do this from the opposite side of the cliff behind him - the car crash will most likely send him off flying.
If he does not instantly die from the fall, don't fret, either use the car again or use this moment to loot anything useful from his camp. Make sure to build walls around you and Riot will be defeated in no time.
