Fruit Ninja Kinect coming this summer
Plus: From Dust, new Toy Soldiers and more.
Microsoft has announced that a Kinect-enabled version of iPhone hit Fruit Ninja is on the way.
It will be released later this year as part of the fourth annual Summer of Arcade promotion, which kicks off on 20th July.
Also on the way around then is Toy Soldiers: Cold War, an eighties-themed battler complete with co-op campaign and mini-games.
Then there's Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, a side-scrolling 2D action adventure game. Expect lots of weird life forms to deal with and puzzles to solve.
Or how about a bit of Bastion - an action role-playing game said to "redefine storytelling in games". There are over 40 hand-painted environments to explore and billions of weapons to upgrade as you battle strange monsters.
And finally there's From Dust, billed as "a unique Modern God game in which nature is the star". It's the brainchild of Eric Chahi, who previously brought us Another World. Beauty, danger, nature, etc.
Exact release dates for the Summer of Arcade games have yet to be locked down.
