Multiplayer-focused shooter Gotham City Impostors gets a free update today, adding a sprinkling of new content to the superhero spin-off.

There's a new map titled East End to try out, playable in all multiplayer modes and the single player challenge mode.

Then there's a new Bounty Hunter mode which rewards players for harvesting bounties from downed opponents. The first team to collect 50 wins the round.

The update also fixes a few glitches and adds language support for French, Italian, Spanish and German.

It's ready for download now on Xbox 360, with a PlayStation 3 and PC roll-out to follow imminently.

The Monolith-developed game scored a middling 6/10 from Eurogamer when it launched earlier this year.

"The gadget-enabled shooter at the heart of Gotham City Impostors is fun, smart, and hard to dislike. But it's impossible to recommend," read our Gotham City Impostors review.
