How to complete the How the Mighty Fall mission story step
Hitman 3's opening Dubai stage has one of three mission stories, one of which is How the Mighty Fall.
Midway through you must visit a server room, allowing you to change the schedules of your targets. Before you can do that, however, you must attempt a manual override then acquire admin privileges.
This page explains how to do both steps, including how to get the server room keycard in-between.

What to do during the manual override procedure in Hitman 2
When you access the server room for the first time in How the Mighty Fall, you are tasked with pulling one of the server racks in an attempt to gain access.
No matter which of the four you pick in the servers in the room, an alarm will trip. Don't worry, it's all part of the story. Now hide on the outside of one of the server banks, as the guards which enter will only go as far as the middle of the room before leaving.
Once they have left, you must get a keycard. Exit through the other door in the server room - which is easily missed - to come to a corridor with two cleaners.
As the on-screen prompt suggests, the second on the corner has the keycard. With the other distracted on the phone, you can easily take them out and get the keycard that drops. Be sure to then put their body in the cupboard on the corner.
And, if you are spotted by the other cleaner, as long as you take them out before they flee, there is no one else around to alert others.
How to acquire admin privileges in Hitman 3's server room
Now you have the keycard, return to the server room. This will see a keycard reader emerge next to the central terminal. Now swipe the keycard to advance the story so you must acquire admin privileges.
To do this, you must once again pull a server rack. However this time, one will be different. Check the screens of all four, and one will have yellow text which scrolls in a different manner to the rest. That's the one to pull.

If you're unsure, manually save first then pull the server. If successful, you're then advised to continue the mission by re-ordering the schedule in the central terminal.
