iPhone and iPad science-fiction turn-based strategy game Hunters: Episode One has been updated to version 1.1.

It adds achievement and leaderboard support with GameCenter and OpenFeint; new environments; new daily contracts; an optimised game engine, refined and improved in-game user interface and touch controls; and new end game content and difficulty.

Hunters, which is inspired by board games such as Space Hulk and classic turn-based video games such as XCOM, has been downloaded half a million times since launch four months ago.

Guildford micro developer Rodeo Games is made up of four friends who used to work on triple-A games at EA, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit developer Criterion, Bodycount developer Codemasters and Fable 3 developer Lionhead.
