Killzone 3 split-screen co-op sighted
Are you surprised?
A screenshot of Killzone 3 showing what appears to be split-screen co-op has floated to the internet's surface.
That Videogame Blog spotted Nicagamerz's picture of game characters Sev and Nakto facing each other on a screen divided vertically down the middle.
Split-screen co-op today usually accompanies online co-op, and the latter - if it's included - may not be limited to two people.
In October, Guerrilla Games told Eurogamer that, "Who Knows?" - co-op could be included in Killzone 3. The suggestion was the developer was at least considering it. And Killzone 3, as the PS3's answer to Gears of War/Halo, needs co-op.
Sony Europe had this to say to Eurogamer: "We are aware of the media reports from over the weekend, but have nothing to comment on them."
