Kirby villain King Dedede confirmed for Smash Bros. return

King Dedede will again be playable in Super Smash Bros. on 3DS and Wii U, Nintendo has confirmed.
A rotund hammer-wielding villain from the Kirby series, Dedede was announced as returning for the latest installments overnight via SmashBros.com.
Smash Bros. series boss Masahiro Sakurai first introduced Dedede to the series with Wii installment Brawl. A fan of the Kirby series, Sakurai in the past directed half a dozen Kirby titles.
Dedede is the 21st playable character confirmed for the upcoming Smash Bros. games, which are due for release at some point this year.
