Sony rewards after class action Vita lawsuit are now available
Those eligible can get $25 or a bundle of games.
Back in November the Federal Trade Commission, a US-based government agency, found Sony guilty of "deceptive acts" in regards to its Vita advertising prior to the handheld's launch. It posited that Sony and its ad agency, Deutsch LA, made a series of misleading claims as to the Vita's functionality, and now US folks who purchased a Vita prior to 1st June 2012 are eligible for their rewards.
