Massive Development's undersea shoot-'em-up Aquanox will make an appearance on PlayStation 2 this autumn, publisher JoWooD sends word in a bottle. Aquanox - The Angels Tears doesn't make any bold claims about additions since the PC version, which was reasonably well received when it quietly released on the PC a long time ago. Indeed, if anything it's lost an apostrophe. But we have absolutely no doubt that, in addition to the more-than-40 story-driven missions, "phantastically staged underwater cities" and vast undersea battles, it will be significantly deeper. Glug.

We figured you'd like to hear about a PS2-exclusive racing simulation for a change. [Glances nervously left.]
Since we appear to have turned into Gran Turismo Gamer for the second time in a week today, it seems fitting that Konami of Europe chose this lunchtime to announce that its own GT clone (sorry, competitor), Enthusia Professional Racing, is due out on 6th May. Interview | SWAT's The Plan?
SWAT 4 producer Ken Rosman on making a tactical police shooter.
Ironically for a series that aims to simulate police tactics in extreme situations, the average Eurogamer reader's experience of the SWAT series is probably limited to chuckling over potentially illegal requests for new CD keys on our comment threads. So we'd stop asking, kids.
