Eidos have released a new demo for their RPG Revenant, which went gold recently. You can grab the demo direct from Eidos, or here from the gigabyte warriors at 3D Files. Either way, the demo weighs in at 43Mb. Not for the faint of bandwidth.

New writer Peter Male makes his debut on EuroGamer today with a preview of Flanker 2.0, a flight sim due out next month from SSI.

The last couple of years have been pretty depressing for gamers, overtaken by a horde of mostly substandard Quake, Tomb Raider and Red Alert clones.
