Let's get evil in Baldur's Gate 3: Orin and a Bhaal-oody family reunion

Part 8.

Welcome back! Let's Get Evil is a monthly series for Eurogamer Supporters in which Bertie rampages through games being as evil as he can. It sounds easy but is it? And how much freedom to be horrible does each game afford? There's only one way to find out.

Note, spoilers naturally occur for Baldur's Gate 3 as Bertie makes his way through it. Currently, he's dealing with climactic game events in Act 3. If you missed earlier instalments, you can catch up on them in our Let's Get Evil archive.

Dear reader, we're nearly there! But first, a confession. I have failed you. I've kept you waiting slightly longer for this instalment of my wretched diary than I intended. Truth be told, it's because I hit a bit of a block. I struggled to make the progress in Act 3 I wanted. It's so big and filled with such climactic events, it's hard to rush through - climatic in many senses of the word. Case in point: going to Hell. Oh yes don't you know? I popped down there for a day excursion. It was nice; we packed sandwiches. We also slew a half-devil. But it wasn't easy, and it took me a long time to do.
