LittleBigPlanet 3 gets a release date and pre-order bonuses
At least in North America.
LittleBigPlanet 3 is coming out for PS4 on 18th November, Sony has announced.
At least that's the North American release date. Ostensibly it will come out three days later in Europe, but Sony's telling folks on this side of the pond to "stay tuned to the European PS Blog for an announcement coming soon," so perhaps there's some complication there.
Sony also revealed some pre-order goodies for the upcoming crafty platformer. Day One Editions anywhere will come with the Dragon Age Costume Pack, while pre-orders at GameStop come with the Mythical Creatures Costume Pack, Best Buy pre-orders include the Hidden Creatures Costume Pack, and Amazon ones come with the PlayStation Favorites Costume Pack. If you're more into physical objects, pre-orders at Target come with a Sackboy plushy with a unique Target hat.
Purchasing the game digitally will include the LittleBigPlanet 3 T-shirt Pack, which players can include in LittleBigPlanet 2, LittleBigPlanet Vita and LittleBigPlanet Karting while they wait for the upcoming sequel.

LittleBigPlanet 3 will be backwards compatible with all LittleBigPlanet and LBP2 levels. It will also feature new playable characters like a sock puppet dog, bird and a friendly giant.
