This week there is only one new game on the Virtual Console, and it is Lords of Thunder.
It's a 2D shoot-'em-up from the TurboGrafx-CD catalogue of old, and has you killing things as a warrior of the elements: either Earth, Wind, Fire, or Water. Or combine three of them and sing songs.
So you trundle along killing things and collect crystals to buy upgraded weapons and armour and things like that. Then you win.
