Mass Effect 3 free for PlayStation Plus subscribers in March

PlayStation Store updated to version 1.03.

BioWare's sci-fi epic Mass Effect 3 will be free to download for PlayStation Plus subscribers next month, which marks the one year anniversary of its release.

That's just in time for the game's huge new Citadel DLC, BioWare's final addition to the game.

Tecmo Koei fighter Dead or Alive 5 and addictive downloadable racer Joe Danger 2: The Movie also join the PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection library of free titles.

All three arrive on 6th March, and join already-available offerings such as F1 Race Stars, Quantum Conundrum and Wipeout 2048 in the monthly-changing line-up.

You have until 6th March to download outgoing games Sleeping Dogs, Vanquish and Limbo, and until 13th March for Wipeout. After that, Metal Gear Solid HD Collection becomes available.

The PlayStation Store has just been updated to version 1.03 - it now loads faster and re-introduces the quick download option.
