N+ leaps onto DS and PSP this April
Complete with added co-op and level sharing.
Atari plans to spring DS and PSP versions of N+ on us this April.
The handheld games had previously been restricted to the US, where they were welcomed by solid critical reception (Metacritic says roughly 80 per cent).
N+ casts players as a stick-man ninja who must leap around collecting coins and find a way to reach the level exit, all while avoiding numerous obstacles or falling too far and splatting. Gets really rather taxing.
New bits for DS and PSP include co-operative multiplayer and level sharing over ad-hoc and wireless networks. There's a level editor, then, obviously, plus downloadable extras and regular multiplayer that uses cartridge sharing.
N+ launched for Xbox 360 last March and suitably impressed us. Track down our N+ review to find out more.
