New Dragon Age II DLC released
Item packs for Mage, Warrior, Rogue.
BioWare has released three new item packs for Dragon Age II.
Each pack is tied to one of the three available hero classes - Mage, Rogue or Warrior - and offers new weapons, armour and accessories. Your followers get treats, too.
The Mage pack delves into the story of Hawke's parents: mages who ran from the all-controlling Chantry. By taking up their legacy you'll find "relics and mementos of untold power".
The Rogue pack offers "storied items the greatest scoundrels the Dragon Age setting has known". You'll uncover the treasures of "dashing liars" and "murderous shadows".
The Warrior pack focuses on the haunted and ornate equipment of an Orlesian Chevalier who was stabbed 13 times in the heart. Will you avoid the "gruesome" and "untimely" end others have met with - "would you tempt fate and risk the wrath of a man murdered in cold blood?"
The packs can be bought separately for 240 BioWare Points on PC, $3 on PlayStation Network (when it's working again) or 240 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live.
Alternatively, you can buy a bundle of all three packs for 400 BioWare Points, $4.99 or 400 MSP.
