New Fish and Bugs in July: Everything arriving and leaving this month in Animal Crossing: New Horizons
Beetles about.
July marks the arrival, and departure, of a range of new fish, bugs and sea creatures in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Much like June and the upcoming August, you'll be able to catch these new critters on your island.
Catching every fish, bug and sea creatures in New Horizons will not only help complete the Museum, but will unlock the DIY recipes for two of the Golden Tools.
The Critterpedia details when each creature appears on your island, but, to gain this information, you must first catch the creature in question. To help you out, this page explains exactly which fish and bugs arrive and vanish in July.

Animal Crossing bugs, fish and sea creatures leaving in July
There's only so much room on your island in New Horizons, so, for more bugs, fish and sea creatures to arrive, some have to leave. You'll want to ensure you've caught at least one of these creatures before they leave, because you'll have to wait a couple of months for them to return.
Don't worry too much if you do miss a fish, bug or sea creature - they will return to your island eventually.
If you want to ensure that you don't miss anyone though, then it's a good idea to try catching these creatures closer to the beginning of the month. This will prevent the end-of-the-month bug, fish or sea creature hunt rush.
Our dedicated guides for both fish, bugs and sea creatures will also supply you with a host of bug hunting or fishing tips.
It should be noted that the following only applies to the northern hemisphere.
