The PlayStation Phone is all but confirmed after two new videos emerged showcasing the unannounced gadget.

The videos reveal the Sony Ericsson zeus' PSPgo-like sliding mechanism and confirm it runs on a version of the Google Android operating system.

The videos also show the PlayStation logo, which indicates games will be playable on the phone through an app.

Reports suggest Sony will launch the PlayStation Phone in February 2011 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Games will be priced at mobile game rates, not PSP rates, according to reports. Sony Ericsson currently has the off-contract price set somewhere around $500 (£318 approx), with that purchase including five free games.

Sony Ericsson CEO Bert Nordberg made headlines this year by stating that, "There's a lot of smoke, and I tell you there must be a fire somewhere."
