New Spider-Man game for autumn

Sources close to Activision have confirmed a "very dark" Spider-Man game called Web of Shadows will be released this autumn.
Word follows a revealing poster for US retailer GameStop (spotted by Kotaku) promoting a deal where you receive a free Spider-Man T-shirt or figurine when you pre-order the game.
However, the GameStop website bears no mention of the title, nor does the link work that appears on the poster.
GameStop was unavailable for comment, as was would-be publisher Activision.
